Litmos is used for employee, customer, channel, and compliance training. Use Domo's Litmos connector to fetch data about users, courses, learnings, training, etc. You can connect to your Litmos account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the Litmos connector user interface. To add DataSets, set update schedules, and edit DataSet information, see [Adding a DataSet Using a Connector](https://domo-support.domo.com/s/article/360042926274?language=en_US "Adding a DataSet Using a Connector"). ## Prerequisites To connect to your Litmos account and create a DataSet, you need the API Key associated with the Litmos account. ## Connecting to Your Litmos Account This section enumerates the options in the **Credentials** and **Details** panes on the Litmos Connector page. The components of the other panes on this page, **Scheduling**, and **Name & Describe Your DataSet**, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in great detail in [Adding a DataSet Using a Connector](https://domo-support.domo.com/s/article/360042926274?language=en_US "Adding a DataSet Using a Connector"). ## Credentials Pane This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your Litmos account. The following table describes what is needed for each field:

Enter the API Key associated with the Litmos account.

  1. Login to [www.litmos.com](http://www.litmos.com) .
  2. Navigate to My Profile & Settings.

Locate the API Key at the bottom of the page.

Once you have entered valid Litmos credentials, you can use the same account at any time to create a new Litmos DataSet. You can manage connector accounts in the **Accounts** tab in the Data Center. Select the Litmos report you want to run. The following reports are available:

Report Name Description
Courses Returns the list of all courses within your Organization.
List Users assigned to Course Returns the list of all users assigned to a course.
Users Returns a list of people in your organization including active and inactive people.
List Users Details Returns a detailed list of people in your organization including active and inactive people.
List User by Username Returns a single user for the given username.
List Courses assigned to User Get a list of courses currently assigned to a User and the current status of each course.
List Course and Module Results for User Returns course results and module results for a User.
List All Course Results for All Users Returns a list of all results for all Users and the current status of each course since a specific date.
List Achievements Returns a list of all achievements.
Teams Returns a list of teams in your organization.
List Team Courses Get a list of all courses that are assigned to a team.
List Team Users Returns a list of users assigned to a Team.
List Team Leaders Returns a list of users assigned to a Team and marked as Team Leader.
List Total Badges and Points by User Returns the number of badges and point for a user.
List Badges earned by User Returns a list of badges and point for a user.
List Achievements earned by User Returns a list of badges, courses/learning paths, date completed, point for a user.
List Achievements earned by Team Returns a list of users, badges, courses/learning paths, date completed, points for a team.
LearningPaths Returns a list Learning Paths.
List Learningpath Courses Returns a list of courses associated to that learning path.
List Learningpath Users Returns a list of users assigned to that learning path.
List Learningpaths assigned to User Returns a list of learning paths assigned to a user.
List Learningpaths assigned to Team Returns a list of learning paths assigned to team.
List Future Sessions Returns a list of sessions in the future for an organization.
List ILT Modules in Course Returns a list of ILT Modules given a course Id.
List Sessions in Module Returns a session list given a module Id.
List Instructors Returns a list of instructors.
List Sessions for Instructors Returns a list of sessions for a given instructor Id.
List session for Roll Call Returns a list of users registered to a session for given session Id.
List Session Registration Returns a list of users assigned to an ILT Module given module Id.
List Attendance Returns a list of users registered to a session for given session Id.

Litmos Users Returns the list of Users.
Litmos Teams Returns the list of Teams.
Litmos Courses Returns the list of Courses.
Litmos LearningPaths Returns the list of Learning Paths.
Litmos Instructors Returns the list of Instructors.
Litmos Modules Returns the list of Modules.
Litmos Sessions Returns the list of Sessions.
Search Enter the search criteria.
Since a Specific Date Returns the data since a specific Date.
