# Strava QuickStart App

## Intro

Strava connects you to a global community of runners and cyclists to help you train like never before. The Strava QuickStart quickly connects you to your personal metrics and trends so you can keep on top of your fitness like never before. This QuickStart displays trends for miles logged, hours, and elevation gained for the past 30 days. Also, you will have a prebuilt card showing data around your most recent sessions.

## Authentication

Strava username and password are required to authenticate.
